Personal data we process

All-Right processes your personal data because you use its services and/or because you have provided this data yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data that is processed:

  • First and last name
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Address details
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Settlement agreement (where required to provide the service)
  • Payslip (where required to provide the service)
  • Copy of ID (where required to provide the service)

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

All-Right processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data about you:

  • Data relating to your health (where required to provide the service)
  • Citizen service number (BSN) (where required to provide the service)

The purposes and legal bases on which we process personal data

All-Right processes the personal data mentioned above solely on the following grounds:

  • Legal obligation
  • Performance of an agreement
  • Consent obtained from the data subject(s)
  • Legitimate interest

All-Right processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To inform you about changes in legislation
  • To deliver goods and services to you

All-Right also processes personal data where we are legally required to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

Automated decision-making

All-Right does not make decisions on matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals based on automated processing. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems without any human involvement (for example, an All-Right employee).

How long we retain personal data

All-Right does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. All-Right applies the following retention periods:

  • Your data relating to the concluded agreement and invoices is retained for 7 years in connection with statutory retention periods.

Sharing personal data with third parties

All-Right shares your personal data with various third parties where this is necessary to perform the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. All-Right remains responsible for these processing activities.

In addition, All-Right provides your personal data to other third parties. It only does so with your express consent. Third parties may include:

  • Marketing services for personalizing advertisements on our website and those of third parties. We use software for this, such as Google Ads.
  • IT services for the maintenance and management of our systems and the storage of your data.
  • External backup provider (Acronis)
  • Providers of professional (business) AI applications used in the provision of services, for example for research, analysis and drafting documents (such as Anthropic, OpenAI and LegalMike). A data processing agreement has been concluded with these providers, and it has been contractually agreed that data entered is not used to train or improve their AI models. See also article 2.5 of the General Terms and Conditions.
  • The accountant who manages our finances.
  • Other third parties engaged for the purpose of a second opinion or an expert report.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use

All-Right uses functional, analytical, and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet, or smartphone on your first visit to this website. All-Right uses cookies with a purely technical function. These ensure that the website works properly and that, for example, your preferred settings are remembered. These cookies are also used to optimize the website.

In addition, All-Right places cookies that track your browsing behavior so that tailored content and advertisements can be offered. When you first visited this website, you were informed about these cookies and your consent was requested. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. You can also delete all information previously stored via your browser settings.

Viewing, amending, or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for the processing of your data or to object to the processing of your personal data by All-Right, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to All-Right to send the personal data it holds about you, in a computer file, to you or to another organization named by you.

You can send a request to view, correct, delete, or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or to object to the processing of your personal data, to info@all-right.nl.

To verify that the request was made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.

All-Right will respond as quickly as possible, and in any event within four weeks, to your request. All-Right would also like to point out that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You can do so via the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

How your personal data is secured

All-Right takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured, or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at info@all-right.nl.

Amendment of the privacy statement

All-Right has the right to change the content of this privacy statement at any time without prior notice. Amendments to the privacy statement are published on the law firm’s website. Therefore, please consult the website regularly.
