All-Right Advocatuur is a private limited company (besloten vennootschap, B.V.) incorporated under Dutch law and practices law in the Netherlands. Joyce van Wordragen is registered as a lawyer on the roll of the Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse orde van advocaten, NOvA). All-Right Advocatuur is bound by the Dutch Advocates Act (Advocatenwet) and the rules of conduct and regulations of the NOvA.

Practice areas
In the NOvA register of legal practice areas, Joyce van Wordragen has registered Employment Law as her main practice area and the sub-areas Collective Redundancy, International Employment Law, Employee Participation (Works Councils), and Employment Mediation.
On the basis of this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits each calendar year in each registered main practice area, in accordance with the standards of the NOvA.
Joyce van Wordragen is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland, VAAN) and the Rotterdam Employment Lawyers Association (Vereniging Rotterdamse Arbeidsrecht Advocaten, VRAA).
Fees and billing
All-Right Advocatuur provides legal services for a fee and, where available, under the Dutch subsidized legal aid scheme. If your matter is handled on a fee basis, All-Right Advocatuur generally charges a standard hourly rate. All fees are exclusive of VAT, and time is billed in six-minute increments. Depending on the nature and scope of the matter, alternative fee arrangements can be discussed. A fixed fee may be agreed for clearly defined work.
All-Right Advocatuur does not charge a separate office surcharge.
Under the Dutch subsidized legal aid scheme, legal costs are paid in whole or in part by the government. Eligibility depends on your income and assets, which also determine your personal contribution. Whether a matter can be handled under a legal aid certificate (toevoeging) is assessed separately for each matter.
General terms and conditions
The services of All-Right Advocatuur are provided exclusively under a contract for services (overeenkomst van opdracht) between the client and All-Right Advocatuur. The General Terms and Conditions of All-Right Advocatuur apply to this contract.
They limit the professional liability of All-Right Advocatuur to the amount paid under its professional liability insurance in the matter concerned, plus the applicable excess. The insurance provides coverage of €1,000,000 per claim, with a maximum of €2,000,000 per year.
Claims expire if they are not submitted in writing and with reasons within one year after the client became, or reasonably could have become, aware of the relevant facts, and in any event five years after the final invoice. The General Terms and Conditions also provide, among other things, that Dutch law governs the legal relationship.
If a complaint is not resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be submitted to the Disputes Committee for the Legal Profession (Geschillencommissie Advocatuur) within one year. Other disputes are decided by the competent court in Rotterdam.
Internal complaints procedure
If, despite the efforts of All-Right Advocatuur, you are dissatisfied with the services or, for example, with the amount of an invoice, you may first submit your complaint in writing under All-Right Advocatuur’s internal complaints procedure.
The complaint is handled by the independent complaints officer, Ms. Carola Jansen. Handling the complaint is free of charge and, in principle, takes place within four weeks. If the internal complaints procedure does not lead to a resolution, you may submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee for the Legal Profession (Geschillencommissie Advocatuur) within one year.
Client funds
All-Right Advocatuur does not have a foundation for client funds (Stichting Derdengelden) and therefore cannot receive or hold client funds.
